How much money they they get paid to stand in front of a microwave and get nasty dose of radiation?
In another test, they were also told to remove metal objects such as coins in clothing to avoid local hot spots developing on their skin.

Shitty Jobs I Don't Want
In Today's LA Times, there is an article about a new weapon that the defence department is putting the finishing touches on and want to deploy in Iraq next year. It is called the V-MADS, for vehical Mounted Active Denial System. It is a Jeep mounted microwave gun.
